M Group combines the strengths & experience of Partners Michael Williams and Mike Caskey to provide Management & Consulting Services for Homeowner Associations.
M Group is the management choice for 19 communities, serving an estimated 10,500 residents. Our team manages one of the largest HOA’s in Indiana and is proficient with Single Family & Condominium Associations as well as low maintenance and maintenance-free communities. Our strength is in collections and covenant enforcement and have turned around two Associations to become cash flow positive.

M Group Principals
Michael J. Williams
Mr. Williams is a graduate of Butler University and is licensed by the state of Indiana for both real estate sales and brokerage. Michael has been the managing principal of Moynahan Williams, Inc. for the last 16 years and holds numerous professional designations in the property management industry. He oversees the accounting and administrative functions for M Group and also provides his property management expertise to all its employees.
Mike Caskey
Mr. Caskey is one of the Principals of M Group. In addition to 18 years of managerial experience, he offers over 14 years of Budgeting and Forecasting experience and is the Director of one of the state of Indiana’s largest HOAs. Mike has served for six years on the Indiana PGA Board of Directors as Sponsorship Chairman. He has served for 5 years as the PGA Coordinator for Special Olympics at the Olympic Village at Indiana State University. He has been active with Big Brothers for the past 14 years where he still maintains his relationship with his little brother and his little brother’s family.
