Architectural Approval Process

 To begin the architectural approval process, submit a completed Architectural Review Request Form along with any required plans, drawings, or supporting documents. This can be done through email to your property manager or by mailing the documents to the local HOA office.  Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). The committee assesses your proposal based on the community’s guidelines and design standards. 

The ARC will conduct an initial review to ensure all required information is provided. If additional details or clarifications are needed, you will be contacted by your property manager. 

Each committee aims to provide a decision within 30 days from the receipt of a complete application. You will receive written notification of the approval, denial, or request for modifications. 

If approved, you may proceed with your project according to the approved plans. It’s important to ensure that the work complies with the approved specifications. The HOA may conduct inspections during and after the project to confirm compliance. 

If your request is denied, you have the option to appeal the decision.
