Each committee aims to provide a decision within 30 days from the receipt of a complete application. You will receive written notification of the approval, denial, or request for modifications.
If approved, you may proceed with your project according to the approved plans. It’s important to ensure that the work complies with the approved specifications. The HOA may conduct inspections during and after the project to confirm compliance.
If your request is denied, you have the option to appeal the decision.
